Picture this ... you've just done a late night grocery shopping trip with quite a few bags in the boot. It's raining and it's nearly 11pm. You're finally home and just about to park your car by reversing into the double car spot.
And you see this rather big spider (full leg span of it just smaller than your palm) who's suddenly decided to make that space of the 2 car spots his home. He's spun a massive web that reached from the balcony above to the ground directly in the path of 2 car spots. Let me tell you ... 3 hours ago ... the web wasn't there.
As much as I love spiders and won't hurt them, I'm in no mood to be kind to that one and try to shoo it away from its home or perhaps tear the web and relocate it. So I just reversed into its home and hope that it'll forgive me.
I suppose if someone's really scared of them ... they might not do that cos there's no telling where that spider might be. On my car perhaps ... at the back where I'll be collecting my bags of groceries in the dark to take home. Just as well I'm not scared about them.
So I did some form of juggling to transfer as much weight as I can to one hand while using the other hand (still full of bags) to try and close my hatchback's boot.
I'll survey the damage to its web tomorrow.
